Delivery Policy

We aim to return your iPod to you as fast as we can. Depending on the model and the part required will depend how quickly the repair can be completed. We use Royal Mail 1st Class unless you opt for a more secure form of delivery. Once the item has been dispatched then it is in the hands of the courier and we accept no liability for loss or damage.

Refund Policy

We will refund any money paid where it is deemed that the repair cannot be carried out or if you decide to cancel due to other faults being found. If you send in an iPod that is not broken then you will receive refund up to 50%.
