I emailed in with the information of my ipod fault.It was diagnosed and i was advised of the price for repair.All the questions i asked regarding the repair were answered very quickly.I sent in the ipod and it was repaired back in time for my holiday. It has worked fine. Brilliant service and have advised all my friends and colleagues where to go if they have ipod problems

Really fantastic service, my i pod was repaired within 24hrs and arrived back with me the next working day. I was quoted £140/£150 by apple to have it repaired and it actually only cost £20. Thanks very much.
